We all go through a personal difficulty at various points in our lives. We feel anxious, sad, angry, stressed out and many other emotions that threaten to overwhelm us. There are many times when we feel we cannot share our feelings and problems with anyone. We keep these emotions bottled up inside us and then we feel like we are about to explode. We feel unable to carry on. We feel stuck.

When you are caught in these situations, you may not be able to see the options and resources that are available to you. Don’t wait until life becomes unbearable before you reach out to someone for help. Going to a counsellor is a healthy way of coping with your difficulties.

At the Listening Tree you will be listened to without prejudice and accepted without conditions. It is a place where you can be yourself, free to examine your own dreams and desires, confront your fears and pains and rest for a while before you walk on your path again.

Our Counselling centers in Bangalore are present in Bannerghatta, Indiranagar and New Thippasandra.

Come rest for a while under the Listening Tree,
its roots go deep and its shade is sweet.
Come lean against its solid frame
and let your story find its shape.

Your sadness, your grief, your innermost shadow,
pour out your longing and give voice to your sorrow.

Your loss, your regret, your deepest held fear,
Come whisper to the tree, let it hear you murmur.

Your joy, your delight, the core of your softness
Bring it to the tree and discover your brightness.

Lay down your trust under the Listening Tree,
you will find here acceptance and the space to be free.
You have a story to tell and it is yours in the making,
Come rest for a while, for the tree is listening.
